How to play

Use the D-Pad to move about the menus. Advance through the missions in the Campaign menu. Progress to the end of the mission to move onto the next one. Use the stars you are awarded after completing an objective to Upgrade your ship.

Starting the game:
Highlight "Star Trek" in the games menu on your phone, and press "Select" (or "OK" on the D-Pad) to start. After the EA splash screen you'll be prompted to choose sound either on or off

Main Menu:

• Campaign - Takes you to the Campaign map, where you can select which mission you want to play.
• Continue - Takes you to the beginning of the next mission.
• Upgrades - Improve the Enterprise by adding upgrades to the ship
• High Scores - Check the best scores for any mission
• Achievements - Check the special objectives that you can accomplish in the game
• Options - Modify Sound, Vibration, Autofire options. You can also Erase your progress.
• Help - View detailed instructions on how to play the game
• About - Contains copyright and customer service information
• Exit - Return to your PhoneOS

AutoSave:
The game will autosave the progress after each mission.

Tips and Hints

• If a mission proves to be too difficult, you can always go back and try to complete all the objectives from the previous missions. With the newly acquired stars you can improve your ship in the Upgrades menu.
• Try to target the enemy ships with your phaser. Once destroyed, the enemy ship wreck can crash into the incoming enemies.
• You can turn the Autofire ON / OFF from the Options menu.
• Don't forget to use your bombs. Press 5 (or 0, if the Autofire is turned OFF) to launch an EMP bomb (disables all enemies on screen) or the Phase Cannon (fires a devastating phase canon, while making your ship invincible)
• All power-ups stack-up on top of each-other (they ca be used at the same time), except the Phaser and Torpedo +1 power-ups, which cannot be used together.

FAQ

How do I play the game?
Use the D-Pad or use 2, 6, 8 and 4 to move the U.S.S. Enterprise. The default control method is autofire ON. The ship's weapons fire automatically - torpedoes are launched periodically, and the phaser becomes active when an enemy ship enters its action radius.
Power-ups become active as soon as they're picked up.
After a special weapon becomes available, press 5 to activate it.
After turning autofire OFF in the options, you need to press 5 / OK / # / * to launch a torpedo. The phaser is still fired automatically. To launch a special weapon, press 0 / 1 / 3

How do I improve my ship?
You can improve the Enterprise by accessing the Upgrades menu. Here you can use your hard earned stars to improve the ship by upgrading the Shield, Phaser, Torpedo or Tractor Beam.

How do I earn more stars?
The stars are earned by completing all mission objectives (there are three objectives for each mission) or by completing the special achievements (you can find the full list in the Achievements menu).

How do I pick up the power-ups during the game?
The Tractor Beam can be used to pull power-ups to your ship. Only the power-ups that affect your score (Survivors) or health (Shield power-ups) can be picked up this way. All other power-ups will be picked up only if you steer the Enterprise over them.
