Madden NFL Mondays Sweepstakes - 2010 Official RulesNO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. To Enter. Beginning 9:00:01 a.m. EST on Thursday, September 9, 2010 through 8:00:00 p.m. EST on December 16, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), Play Madden NFL 11 for iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch using the home team and away team that will appear in that week's NFL Monday Night Football game, and at the end of your game you must take a screen shot of the "Game Stats" screen and email it to Monday@ea.com. Alternate Method of Entry - you may also enter by filling in the entry form at http://www.eamobile.com/maddenmondays or by emailing the final score, passing yards and rushing yards for each team playing in that week's NFL Monday Night Football game to Monday@ea.com No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit: only one entry per person, per game, and/or email address will be accepted. All entries must be received by one half hour before the kickoff of that week's NFL Monday Night Football Games. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Use of a false email account or an incorrect mail address will disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to website entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Site, or who otherwise violates these rules. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules 2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Electronic Arts Inc. ("Sponsor") and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 3. Prizes. There are 6 prizes per week. One (1) First Prize winner will receive one (1) 4 Gigabyte iPod Shuffle in polished stainless steel. Approximate retail value ("ARV") is $99. Five (5) Second Prize winners will each receive a $10.00 iTunes Gift Card code. ARV of each prize is $10. Week 1 (9/13/2010) will have 2 First Prize winners (1 winner per game) and ten (10) second prize winners (5 winners per game). Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. MP3 make/model and color to be awarded are within the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability. All taxes, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. 4. Winner Selection and Notification. Prizes will be awarded weekly for each NFL Monday Night Football Game. The weekly First Prize winner will be selected from all entries that guess the winning score correctly for that week's game. The first tie breaker is final passing yards. The second tie breaker is final rushing yards. If there is a tie at the end of the second tie breaker, then one winner will be selected at random from all these tied entries. The weekly Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries for each game. Winners will be selected and notified on or about the Tuesday following the NFL Monday Night Football Game: 9/14/10, 9/21/10, 9/28/10, 10/5/10, 10/12/10, 10/19/10, 10/26/10, 11/2/10, 11/9/10, 11/16/10, 11/23/10, 11/30/10, 12/7/10, 12/14/10, 12/21/10, 12/28/10. Winners will be notified by an email sent to the email address used to submit the entry. The drawings will be conducted at 5510 Lincoln Blvd., Playa Vista, CA 90094 by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email sent to the email address used to submit the entry. If winner cannot be contacted at this email, is contacted and does not respond as directed within 14 days of attempted notification, refuses the prize or is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and, except where prohibited, Liability/Publicity Release, in the form provided by Sponsor, within 14 days of attempted notification in order to claim prize. If a minor wins a prize, it will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian, who will also be responsible for signing any necessary releases, consents and affidavits. All prizes claimed in accordance with the Official Rules will be awarded. Winners may be required to provide a shipping address to claim prize. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. 5. General Conditions. Sponsor and its agents are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from entrants' participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or mis-use of any prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. Entrants and winners assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or mis-use of any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control, and to select winners from eligible entries received on or before the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (i) that Sponsor may post their entries on Sponsor's website and in any and all publicity and advertising for Electronic Arts, this Sweepstakes or other promotions by Sponsor without any further attribution, notification or compensation to entrants and, except if entrant is a resident of TN or otherwise where prohibited by law, has the right to use the entrant's user or screen name and hometown therewith; (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, and (iii) to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by telephone, mail or email regarding the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and all claims must be resolved in the United States. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. .6. Winners list.
