How to play

Starting the game
First, highlight the "NBA LIVE 07" icon in the game menu on your phone. Once the game is highlighted, press the "OK" or "Open" button to start the game. After the splash screens, the game's main menu will appear.

Game Objectives
NBA LIVE 07 is a sports simulation game based on the National Basketball Association (NBA) where the user plays as any of the 30 teams in the NBA. The user may play one quick game with random teams, or select the home and away teams from any of the 30 NBA teams.

Game Modes:
Quick Start - play a game with random teams.

Play Game - play a game after selecting the home and away team.

Main Menu

• Play Game: Allows the user to choose between Quick Start and Play Game, or Continue a previous game.
• Options: Options to set time of quarter, sound, and vibration.
• Help: Tutorials on the following areas of the game: Play Modes, Offense, and Defense.
• About: Customer support information and Legal Information.
• More Games: Information or links to purchase additional games.

How to Play

MOVEMENT
Up = D-Up/2
Left = D-Left/4
Right = D-Right/6
Down = D-Down/8
OFFENSE
Pass = Press the key corresponding to the number (1,3,7,9,0) above the player.
Shoot/Dunk = OK/5
Change Offensive Plays = * (plays are Post Good, High Low, Big Man, Quick Shot, Charge In)
DEFENSE
Switch Player = 5
Steal = 0
Jump/Block = *

SHOOTING
Press OK/5 to shoot the ball. To dunk the ball drive toward the basket and press OK or 5.

PASSING
Press the key corresponding to the number (1,3,7,9,0) above the player to pass to that player.

DRIBBLING
Dribbling is automatic. Use the d-pad or keys to control the direction of the player with the ball.

DEFENSE
Press the * key to jump and block a shot. Press the 5 key to cycle through the defensive players. Press 0 to attempt to steal the ball.

Tips and Hints

• Do not hold the ball too long on offense or there's a chance it will be stolen.
• Make sure you have a clear path to the basket when dunking the ball to avoid charging.
• Avoid shooting low percentage long three-pointers.
• Watch the game clock to take last second shots.
