During the casting phase, use the fishfinder to determine how many fish are in the lake as well as their depth.

Weather conditions will influence the depth of the fish. Sunny weather causes fish to dive, while cloudy conditions cause fish to move into shallow waters.

Moving spots, casting your line, or changing your tackle after the line has been cast will advance the time by 15 minutes.

Each lure has unique attributes: depth, speed, retrieve, color and hooks. Use another lure if you have trouble hooking fish.
